Uzbekistan, the silk road

Janice Chandler,  studied Anthropology, Biology and Ancient History as part of a B.A. degree. She collects textiles and clothing of various distinctive ethnic designs made mostly of silk and cotton and embellished in semi-precious gems. She will speak to the club on her travels to  Uzbekistan and The Silk Road.
